Since 1988, when we handled our first meeting, we have handled over 100 International Association Conferences and Corporate Meetings from 50 to 4,000 delegates. This has given us an in-depth understanding of the conference market.
Technology
Over the years, we have invested extensively in our reservations and admisinistration systems, which are completely computerised and can be adjusted to meet the specific needs of our clients. The Conference Management Programme we use is Events-Pro – this system allows full online conference registration, online payment for all elements of the conferences as well as on line abstract submission.
Supplier Relationships
We have established strong partnerships with all major service suppliers including hotels, venues, exhibition and meeting facilities and transport companies. Our relationship with these suppliers will ensure the provision of a first class service at all stages.
Staffing & Support
We have an experienced and dedicated team of staff, with fluency in Italian, German, Spanish, French and Swedish.
