| We selected Abbey Conference & Corporate as our chosen conference organisers. They were involved with us at all stages of the conference and we found them to be a great asset to our committee. The staff members were highly organised, helpful, clear and most pleasant in their dealings with us and with our delegates. As an organising committee we were more than satisfied with our choice of conference organiser and on our experience, we are happy to recommend them as conference organisers. |

The Business of Ageing, Turning Silver Into Gold |
| We had the pleasure of engaging Abbey Conference & Corporate to help plan and execute The Business of Ageing Conference. Abbey got involved from the start and provided excellent advice and support throughout the planning stages, assisting in venue selection, budget, securing best value quotes from the many established contacts they have in the industry, development of databases, technical support and registration management to name but a few of the areas in which we availed of their expertise. We found all of the Abbey Team to be professional and friendly with a real willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the conference was a great success. The conference was a sell out and Abbey had a hugh part to play in this. | |

| I am writing on behalf of the Board to express our sincerest gratitude to you and the staff of Abbey for the manner in which you undertook the role of Professional Conference Organisers for our conference. The ‘can do’ attitude displayed by your staff meant that everything ran smoothly and without a problem. Thanks to the collaborative approach, this was one of the most, it not the most, successful conference held by ISQua and the feedback received has been very positive. It was reassuring from our point of view to know that there was always support readily available when needed. Tripartite Colorectal Meeting |
| This Tripartite meeting takes place on a four yearly basis in Great Britain, USA, and Australasia, on this occasion it was our turn to host the event with approximately 1,600 people attending. In my opinion the meeting was a complete success and much of this must be credited to Abbey Conference and Corporate whose professionalism and efficiency allowed the entire meeting to run like well oiled wheels. I was impressed with Abbey's performance throughout the planning stages and delighted with the outcome of the actual meeting which was held in the RDS. Rotary International in Great Britain and Ireland |
| Abbey Conference and Corporate adopted the ownership of this event and treated it as if it were there own. They acted as our agents in negotiations with hotels, caterers and service providers, achieving prices and levels of service previously unavailable to us. Abbey remained flexible throughout the event, catering for last minute changes, and providing advice in peripheral areas for which we would not have consider them in any way responsible. We were impressed with their approach from the start, right through the planning stages, and their on site management where the highest levels of service were provided in what appeared to be an effortless manner. | |

Abbey looked after the budget, purchasing and payments matters, as well as handling all correspondence from delegates and exhibitors, their expertise was invaluable to us. The conference has been hailed as the most successful in the history of the Academy of Marketing, this was largely due to the Abbey Team, who were a pleasure to work with before, during and after the conference. | |
